Our sneakers capabilities

Styles we manufacture
As a sneaker manufacturer — a direct sneakers factory and supplier rather than a broker, and the exporter of record on your shipment — we cover Fashion Sneaker Factory, Casual Sneaker Factory, Lifestyle Sneaker Factory and more, developed to your design and target price.
Every style below can run as OEM (you supply the design and spec), ODM (you pick from our developed styles and we adapt them), private label (our build, your brand) or full-custom development from a sketch or reference sample.
- Fashion sneakers
- Design-led builds where the upper does the work: material mix, colour blocking and stitching detail. Cemented construction is the norm because it gives the cleanest lines.
- Casual sneakers
- Everyday wear at a mass-retail price. Cost control lives in the outsole tooling and upper material count — every extra panel is another cutting die and another operation.
- Lifestyle sneakers
- Sport-inspired looks without performance requirements. Usually the highest-margin sneaker for a private-label programme because the tooling can be shared across a range.
- Vulcanized sneakers
- Canvas or suede uppers on a vulcanized rubber sole with a foxing tape — the classic skate/court silhouette. A different production line from cemented builds, with its own curing step.
- Cupsole sneakers
- A pre-formed rubber cup bonded to the upper: sturdier, cleaner sidewall, higher tooling cost. This is also the construction closest to a basketball build.
- Injection and knit builds
- Direct-injected soles and engineered-knit uppers cut labour and weight at higher mould cost. Worth it above a certain volume; we tell you where that line sits for your quantities.
- What we test
- Whole-shoe bond strength, outsole flex and abrasion, and rubbing colorfastness on the upper, against the approved production sample.
Materials
- Engineered mesh & knit uppers
- Canvas, suede & leather
- EVA / phylon midsoles
- Rubber & vulcanized outsoles

Developing a sneaker line: the choices that set price, look and lead time
Our sneaker buyers are fashion and lifestyle brands, importers and private-label retailers. Two shoes that look alike in a photo can differ by several dollars a pair, and the difference is almost always in the construction and the tooling, not the upper material. These are the decisions that move the quote the most.
Pick the construction first
The construction decides the tooling you pay for, the look of the sidewall and how the shoe wears:
| Construction | Typical look | What it means for your order |
|---|---|---|
| Vulcanized | Typical lookCanvas skate and court styles with a rubber foxing tape | What it means for your orderLow tooling cost and flexible from day one; the rubber compound and foxing height are the key spec lines |
| Cupsole | Typical lookLeather court and retro basketball styles | What it means for your orderOne outsole mould set per style covers the size run; stitched or cemented cup changes durability and price |
| Cemented EVA / phylon midsole | Typical lookLightweight lifestyle and runner-inspired styles | What it means for your orderMidsole and outsole tooling both needed; foam density and hardness go on the spec |
| Injection | Typical lookMass-volume casual styles | What it means for your orderHighest tooling cost, lowest unit cost at volume — worth it only on repeat programmes |
What drives the price of a pair
MOQ is 1,200 pairs per style, split across 2–3 colours. Samples take 2–4 weeks and cost USD 300–500 per sample, excluding outsole tooling and special accessories; bulk production runs 30–60 days. For a full cost breakdown see how much it costs to manufacture shoes in China.
- Tooling — new outsole and midsole moulds are a one-off cost per style; reusing an existing open mould removes it.
- Upper material and cutting yield — leather and suede cost more and waste more than engineered mesh or microfiber.
- Pattern complexity — every extra panel, overlay and stitch line adds labour minutes.
- Branding — embossed, printed, rubber-patch and TPU logos each carry their own cost and lead time.
Brief us once, sample once
A reference shoe, your target retail price and your market are enough to start; a tech pack with sizes, colours and logo artwork lets us quote and sample in one pass. Quality, testing & compliance
How we control quality on every sneaker order
Materials and finished shoes are built to documented physical-testing and QC standards — aligned to Chinese national (GB) and international norms — with a 6-stage quality process and final AQL inspection before shipment.
Physical testing
Whole-shoe bond strength, outsole flex and rubbing colorfastness are tested before shipment so finished sneakers hold up in wear.
Testing & standards →AQL inspection
Final inspection uses random, non-consecutive AQL sampling with a three-tier defect grade — Class A inspected to a strict AQL 0.065. Any Class A defect rejects the batch.
Factory & QC →Chemical compliance
Built to EU REACH and your own RSL, with accredited third-party lab reports (SGS, Intertek, BV-type) on request — so you import with confidence.

FAQ
Sneakers — buyer questions
Our first order is only a few hundred pairs — can you still work with us?
Be straight about the arithmetic: MOQ is 1,200 pairs per style (it can be split across 2–3 colours), and sneakers are the category where enquiries most often come in well under that. Sampling lets you validate a design before bulk, and one style in two colours is the cheapest way to reach a real production run. If you need a few hundred pairs of several styles, we are probably not the right factory yet — and saying so now saves you weeks.
What decides the price of a sneaker?
Outsole tooling, the number of upper panels, and the material mix — in that order. Every extra panel is another cutting die and another stitching operation, so a busy colour-blocked design costs more to make than an expensive material used simply. We will show you where the cost sits before you finalise the design.
Vulcanized, cupsole or injection — which construction do we want?
Vulcanized gives the classic canvas/skate look with a foxing tape and needs its own curing line. Cupsole gives a sturdier, cleaner sidewall at higher tooling cost. Direct injection cuts labour and weight but needs volume to pay back the mould. Tell us the look and the quantity and the answer usually picks itself.
Can you match a reference sneaker we bring?
We can match construction, materials and fit intent, and we will tell you where the reference uses proprietary tooling we cannot copy. We will not clone a protected design or a registered trade dress — that is your legal exposure and ours, and it is not a service we offer.
How many sampling rounds should we plan for a sneaker?
Two to three is normal: first sample to confirm fit and construction, second to confirm materials and colour, third if the design changes. Each round is 2–4 weeks. Fixing the last and outsole early is what keeps the count down — changes after tooling is cut are the expensive kind.
Do you offer OEM and ODM?
Both. With OEM we build to your design and specs; with ODM we develop new designs with you from concept. We also do private-label branding, labels and packaging.
Are you a factory or a trading company?
We are a footwear trading & manufacturing partner — our own factory plus a selected partner-factory network, with product development, quality control and export handled in-house. You get factory pricing with the service of a sourcing partner.
