Styles we manufacture

As a slipper manufacturer — a direct slippers & slides factory and supplier rather than a broker, and the exporter of record on your shipment — we cover EVA Slipper Factory, Slide Sandal Factory, Bathroom Slipper Factory and more, developed to your design and target price.

Every style below can run as OEM (you supply the design and spec), ODM (you pick from our developed styles and we adapt them), private label (our build, your brand) or full-custom development from a sketch or reference sample.

House slippers
Closed or open-back indoor builds with plush, terry or micro-suede linings and a soft anti-slip outsole. The lining hand-feel is what gets re-ordered, so we sample lining options side by side.
Pool slides
Single-band moulded slides — EVA or PU. Cost is mould-driven: one mould covers a full size run, so the quote moves with style count more than with pair count.
Slide sandals
Fashion and sport slides with contoured footbeds, moulded logos and textured tread. Logo depth and draft angle have to be right in the mould or the branding blurs after a few hundred pairs.
EVA slippers
Injected or compression-moulded EVA — light, washable, and the workhorse of the category. Density choice trades softness against how quickly the footbed packs out.
"Cloud" / pillow slippers
Thick, high-rebound moulded uppers — currently the fastest-moving slipper silhouette. Compression set is the failure mode to watch; we test it so the shoe that ships still rebounds three months in.
Bathroom slippers
Fully waterproof builds with drainage and a wet-grip tread pattern. Materials and tread differ from indoor slippers, so treat them as a separate development, not a colourway.
Hotel and promotional slippers
Disposable and re-usable builds at high volume with printed or embroidered branding — usually the lowest-cost entry point into a private-label programme.

Slipper programmes

Planning a slipper programme: the decisions that set cost and timing

Our slipper buyers are mostly retail and supermarket chains, hotel and spa suppliers, and promotional and e-commerce sellers. In this category the price is set less by the pair than by three early decisions — the construction, the number of styles, and the packing. Get those right and a slipper line becomes a repeat programme rather than a one-season buy.

Match the construction to where it is worn

Tell us where the slipper will be worn and most of the specification follows from it:

Style count drives the tooling bill

Moulded soles, slides and clogs each need their own mould, and one mould set covers the full size run of one style. So the quote moves with the number of styles far more than with the number of pairs — and once the mould exists, extra colourways cost little. MOQ is 1,200 pairs per style, which can be split across 2–3 colours.

If you are testing a new market, cut the number of styles before you cut colours. The second season is faster and cheaper again: the moulds and approved samples already exist, so only artwork and colours change. We developed the mould for exactly this kind of programme for a retail chain that was new to footwear — see the EVA clog case study.

Labelling and compliance by market

  • European Union — footwear labelling under Directive 94/11/EC: the materials of the upper, the lining and sock, and the outer sole must be shown by pictogram or in words on at least one shoe of each pair. REACH restricted substances apply to every material; we build to REACH and your own RSL, with accredited third-party lab reports on request.
  • United States — permanent country-of-origin marking. Slippers for children aged 12 and under are children’s products under the CPSIA: they need third-party lead testing, a Children’s Product Certificate and permanent tracking labels.
  • Slip claims — if you sell a bathroom or hotel slipper as anti-slip, the claim is tested on the production sole with a standard method such as EN ISO 13287 or SATRA TM144, not assumed from the tread design.
  • Retail packing — barcodes, size stickers, polybag warnings where your market requires them, and carton marks are confirmed in writing before production, because in this category the pack is part of what the retailer is buying. See custom footwear packaging.

Our factory or a specialist partner — one point of contact either way

Depending on the construction, a slipper style is made on our own lines or in a vetted specialist factory in our partner network — woven and rope straps, for example, go to a specialist. We tell you which when we quote, and either way we run development, sampling, AQL inspection and shipping as your single point of contact. That is how we replaced a Spanish brand’s Thai supplier for woven-strap sandals and slippers.

Quality, testing & compliance

How we control quality on every slippers & slide order

Materials and finished shoes are built to documented physical-testing and QC standards — aligned to Chinese national (GB) and international norms — with a 6-stage quality process and final AQL inspection before shipment.

Physical testing

Sole bond strength and lining colorfastness are tested; EVA density and hardness are checked against the approved sample.

Testing & standards →

AQL inspection

Final inspection uses random, non-consecutive AQL sampling with a three-tier defect grade — Class A inspected to a strict AQL 0.065. Any Class A defect rejects the batch.

Factory & QC →

Chemical compliance

Built to EU REACH and your own RSL, with accredited third-party lab reports (SGS, Intertek, BV-type) on request — so you import with confidence.

FAQ

Slippers & Slides — buyer questions

What makes slippers a high-volume, fast-turnaround category?

Construction is simpler than a lasted shoe: most indoor styles and EVA slides skip last-based assembly, so tooling is lighter and production cycles are shorter. That is why supermarket programs, hotel supply and seasonal promotions run slippers at volume with repeat orders rather than one seasonal drop. The MOQ — for EVA slides, clogs and plush slippers alike — is 1,200 pairs per colour on an even size run and 3,600 pairs per style, with capacity of 200,000+ pairs per month.

EVA, TPR or plush — which sole and lining should we specify?

EVA is light, cheap and warm-feeling, and is the default for slides and indoor soles. TPR is heavier but harder-wearing and grips better on wet floors, which matters for bathroom and hotel use. Plush and terry linings are chosen on hand-feel and washability rather than performance. Tell us where the slipper is worn — bathroom, hotel corridor, home — and the sole choice usually follows from that.

Can you produce hotel and hospitality slippers to a spec sheet?

Yes. Hospitality programs are usually spec-driven rather than design-driven: fixed sizes, fixed weight of lining, printed or embroidered logo, and individual polybag or non-woven bag packing. Send the spec sheet and packing requirement and we quote against it; packing and labelling are confirmed in writing before production because they drive a real part of the cost in this category.

How do you handle seasonal and promotional timing?

Samples take 2–4 weeks and bulk production 30–60 days, so a seasonal slipper program needs to start roughly four months before it has to be on shelf, plus shipping. Slippers are frequently a repeat-order category, so the second season is faster — the tooling and approved sample already exist and only the artwork and colours change.

What do you test on slippers and slides before shipment?

Sole-to-upper bond strength, slip resistance on the sole where the end use requires it, colorfastness to rubbing on printed and textile parts, and strap pull strength on slides. For hospitality and retail programs we also confirm packing integrity, since the pack is part of what the buyer is selling.

Do you offer OEM and ODM?

Both. With OEM we build to your design and specs; with ODM we develop new designs with you from concept. We also do private-label branding, labels and packaging.

Are you a factory or a trading company?

We are a footwear trading & manufacturing partner — our own factory plus a selected partner-factory network, with product development, quality control and export handled in-house. You get factory pricing with the service of a sourcing partner.
