Multi-country sourcing — buyer questions
Do you only manufacture in China?
No. Our base is our own factory and a selected partner network in China (Quanzhou/Jinjiang), but we also work with partner factories in Vietnam, Bangladesh, Cambodia and Myanmar. So you can source across countries through one partner instead of finding suppliers in each.
Why source footwear from multiple countries?
Different countries can offer advantages on cost, capacity, lead time or trade treatment for your market. Sourcing across a few bases also spreads risk — the "China + 1" strategy — without you having to manage separate suppliers in each country.
Which countries make which products?
The overseas partner factories cover footwear categories close to the Jinjiang cluster — sports, casual and outdoor shoes. We advise on the best base for a given product, target price and destination market rather than pushing one country.
Do you own the overseas factories?
No — we are transparent about this. In China we run our own factory plus a selected partner network; in Vietnam, Bangladesh, Cambodia and Myanmar we work with vetted partner factories. In all cases we manage development, quality control and export so you get one accountable team.
How does multi-country sourcing work with one partner?
You deal with one team. We handle development, sampling, supplier management, quality control and export documentation across whichever country fits your product — so the experience is the same whether your shoes are made in China or Vietnam.
Can you consolidate orders from different countries?
Where it makes sense, yes. Managing it through one partner means coordinated production, one quality standard and simpler logistics than juggling factories in several countries yourself.
